How this website handles information

Information you choose to send

When you submit an inquiry, your name, reply email, optional business name, service interest, referral-source answer and message are sent to Formspree for processing and delivery to Main Sequence. Formspree stores submissions in its service and forwards notifications to our business inbox. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client records.

Form processing and spam prevention

Formspree processes the details you submit and technical request information needed to deliver inquiries and prevent abuse. If additional verification is required, you can continue on Formspree’s secure form page. Its privacy policy describes its processing practices. Your information may be processed outside Canada.

Main Sequence uses the submission record and email correspondence to handle your inquiry and any resulting business conversation. You can use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How we use contact information

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, understand the services you may need, and continue the business conversation you requested.

Website analytics

Clinic, demo and campaign links may carry a general source label, such as “us-clinic” or “partner”. We include recognized labels with an inquiry to understand where conversations start. We do not collect arbitrary URL parameters, referring-page URLs or browsing history for this purpose, and we do not use cookies or browser storage to remember these labels. You can leave the referral-source question unanswered.

This site does not currently load website analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. If that changes, this notice and any required consent choices will be updated before tracking is enabled.

Interactive demonstration

The inquiry-follow-up demo uses fictional, prewritten information. Its steps and scenario choices run in your browser. They are not saved or sent to an AI provider, email service or CRM. Only information you choose to submit through the separate contact form is sent as an inquiry.

Third-party links

The site links to the Main Sequence corporate website, OpenAI and other external resources. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services.
